Job Summary
The Marketing Partner will be responsible for share and pitch Hyundai Translead’s stories in traditional publication, social media, and digital spaces. Additionally, this position will assist in streamlining marketing and digital strategies, coordinating brand management, and crafting customized campaigns with the goal of bringing awareness and strengthening Hyundai Translead’s brand and product exposure.

40% (Social Media & Public Relations)
- Build and develop social media content calendar and posts while ensuring all messaging is consistent with company objectives
- Track, report, and evaluate social media data and analytics, and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness
- Amplify company’s brand and product exposure on all digital platforms
- Conceptualize ideas to increase social media engagement and overall customer experience
- Create and execute press releases for captivating media coverage for journalists and media outlets
- Promote major company initiatives and announcements
- Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges
40% (Marketing Material and Content Creation and Management)
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand new product enhancements and features
- Develop compelling content across all marketing collateral, including conceptualization to creation and production of contents
- Utilize digital design technology and formulate strategies to propose optimal marketing materials and content
- Support the production of internal/external communication distribution, including newsletters, email blasts, and surveys
20% (Marketing Support)
- Support ongoing marketing activities and projects, including all tradeshows, product launches, and marketing collateral development
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or the equivalent level of professional experience
- 3 years of experience in marketing, such as public relations, content creation, and social media marketing
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong creative and analytical abilities
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites
- Photography skills and video editing experience
