Job Summary 

The Associate Marketing Partner will focus on creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across all channels. This role will also be responsible for organizing and executing all HT tradeshows and events, including all related logistics and associated press events. The Associate Marketing Partner will ensure all campaigns and marketing assets reflect and strengthen company’s brand and product messaging.


Essential Functions 

30% [Strategic Marketing Plan]

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that will strengthen company’s brand and products according to each customer segment
  • Research customers, current market conditions, and competitor information
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Engineering to understand product enhancements and features
  • Conduct market research, identifying industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Optimize marketing assets for various communication tools and platforms for internal and external collaboration
  • Analyze company’s performance of campaigns and strategies
  • Establish goals and objectives to promote brand awareness through various marketing channels

40% [Tradeshows & Events]

  • Coordinate and execute marketing, planning, and logistics of tradeshows and events
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper brand and product message alignment
  • Maintain current and future booth requirements (size, design, layout, graphics)
  • Conduct and communicate post-show analysis and metrics
  • Work closely with agencies and other external partners as required for tradeshow execution
  • Organize press conferences at tradeshow events
  • Coordinate marketing events (dealer meeting, supplier summit, press invitation, etc)

30% [Marketing Execution & Support]

  • Support successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects
  • Maintain marketing budget and optimize internal processes for more effective results
  • Execute marketing campaigns and assess effectiveness of campaigns
  • Create digital marketing strategies to increase marketing campaign’s effectiveness
  • Ensure creation of all marketing content is accurate and portrays company brand


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or the equivalent level of professional experience
  • 1 year of marketing experience, such as marketing planning, message creation, and social media marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities

Rate of Pay: $61,000 – $70,100 annually (final compensation will be determined based on relevant years of experience)
